POLICY

Every Thank You Card Design begins once all required content, branding assets, logos, and payment have been received. Clients are responsible for providing all wording, logos, brand colors, website information, social media handles, QR codes, and any additional information prior to the design process. Delays in providing requested materials may extend the estimated turnaround time.

Each Thank You Card Design includes two (2) rounds of revisions to refine the approved design. Revisions are intended for minor text edits, color adjustments, font changes, image replacements, and layout refinements. Requests for an entirely new design concept or significant changes after the initial proof has been presented may require an additional design fee or be quoted as a new project.

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all spelling, contact information, website links, QR codes, and other content before providing final approval. RÊVEUSE Studios is not responsible for errors that have been approved by the client.

Upon final approval and receipt of full payment, clients will receive professionally prepared print-ready files. This service includes design only and does not include printing unless otherwise stated in your invoice or proposal.

If printing services are not purchased through RÊVEUSE Studios, the client is responsible for selecting their preferred print provider. RÊVEUSE Studios is not responsible for color variations, paper selections, production defects, or shipping delays caused by third-party printing companies.
