Design Services
At RÊVEUSE Studios, every design is created with strategy, intention, and attention to detail. Whether you're booking a single flyer or a complete collection of marketing materials, our goal is to create designs that reflect your brand and leave a lasting impression.
By purchasing any design service, you agree to the following policies.
Project Scope
Design services include, but are not limited to:
- Flyers
- Business Cards
- Thank You Cards
- Hair Tags
- Product Tags
- Loyalty Cards
- Price Lists
- Menus
- Rack Cards
- Brochures
- Website Banners
- Social Media Graphics
- Marketing Materials
- Promotional Graphics
- Event Graphics
- Digital Advertisements
If your requested service is not listed, a custom quote may be provided.
Booking
Projects under $300 require payment in full before work begins.
Design work will not begin until payment has been received.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing:
- All text and wording
- Logos
- Brand colors
- Photos
- Pricing
- Contact information
- Social media handles
- Any additional assets needed for the project
RÊVEUSE Studios is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect pricing, missing information, or inaccurate details supplied by the client.
Proofreading & Final Approval
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before providing final approval.
Once final approval has been given, RÊVEUSE Studios is not responsible for errors including but not limited to:
- Misspelled words
- Incorrect phone numbers
- Incorrect pricing
- Incorrect dates
- Incorrect addresses
- Missing information
- Printing errors resulting from approved artwork
Corrections requested after final approval may require an additional design fee.
Revisions
Each design includes up to two (2) revision rounds unless otherwise stated in your package or proposal.
Additional revisions are billed according to the studio's current revision rate.
A revision includes minor adjustments such as:
- Text edits
- Color changes
- Font changes
- Image replacements
- Minor layout adjustments
A revision does not include:
- A completely new design
- A new concept
- A new theme
- A different layout after approval
- Changing the purpose of the design
Requests that significantly change the original design direction may be considered a new project.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround begins once all required content, assets, and payment have been received.
Estimated turnaround:
- Flyers: 3–5 Business Days
- Business Cards: 3–5 Business Days
- Thank You Cards: 3–5 Business Days
- Marketing Materials: 5–7 Business Days
Rush orders are available based on availability and may require an additional rush fee.
Printing
Unless printing services have been purchased through RÊVEUSE Studios, clients are responsible for selecting their own printer.
RÊVEUSE Studios is not responsible for printing issues caused by third-party print providers.
This includes:
- Color variations
- Paper selection
- Trim differences
- Production defects
- Shipping delays
Editable Files
Editable source files (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign files) are not included unless specifically purchased or outlined in your agreement.
Clients will receive the final file formats included with their selected service.
File Storage
Completed design files are stored for 90 days after project completion.
Clients are encouraged to download and securely back up all final files upon delivery.
RÊVEUSE Studios is not responsible for maintaining archived project files after the storage period expires.
Copyright
All concepts, drafts, and unfinished designs remain the intellectual property of RÊVEUSE Studios.
Ownership of the final approved design transfers to the client only after full payment has been received.
Final Statement
At RÊVEUSE Studios, we believe great design goes beyond aesthetics—it communicates, connects, and converts. Every project is created with intention to ensure your brand is represented with professionalism, consistency, and impact.
Clients are expected to submit all project information before design work begins. Additional information or major content changes submitted after the design process has started may require additional design time, revised turnaround estimates, or additional fees.
