The Content Day™ Experience
Content Day™ is a signature RÊVEUSE Studios experience designed to help businesses create intentional, high-quality content through strategy, creative direction, photography, and production.
Every Content Day™ is custom planned to align with your brand and marketing goals.
Before Your Content Day™
Following booking, clients will receive a Content Day™ Planning Guide outlining the information needed to prepare for the session.
Clients are responsible for submitting all requested information by the deadline provided.
This may include:
- Brand goals
- Content objectives
- Shot list
- Product inventory
- Wardrobe selections
- Inspiration
- Location information
- Team member information
- Marketing priorities
Failure to submit required information by the deadline may result in project delays or a shortened planning process.
Creative Direction
Creative direction is included with every Content Day™.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Campaign concept development
- Creative planning
- Shot list creation
- Scene planning
- Content flow
- Visual styling recommendations
- Brand storytelling
Final creative decisions remain at the discretion of RÊVEUSE Studios to ensure a cohesive campaign.
Content Schedule
Content Day™ sessions operate on a scheduled production timeline.
To ensure all planned content is captured, clients are expected to remain on schedule throughout the experience.
Additional concepts requested during the session may not be accommodated and may require additional production time.
Team Members
Clients are responsible for notifying RÊVEUSE Studios in advance of any additional participants, models, assistants, or team members attending the session.
Hair, Makeup & Wardrobe
Unless otherwise included in your package, clients are responsible for arranging hair, makeup, and wardrobe prior to the session.
Clients should arrive camera-ready.
Locations
Clients are responsible for securing approved shooting locations unless location sourcing has been purchased as an additional service.
Studio rental is included in the package. If it is a location besides our studio, the financial responsibility is on the client unless otherwise stated in the proposal.
Content Delivery
Photography and video content will be delivered within the estimated turnaround time provided in your agreement.
Delivery timelines begin after the session has been completed.
Rescheduling
Content Day™ experiences require extensive planning and production coordination.
Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 7 calendar days prior to your scheduled session.
Requests submitted within 7 calendar days may be subject to additional planning or production fees.
Cancellations
Because significant planning begins immediately after booking, all retainers are non-refundable.
Behind-the-Scenes Content
RÊVEUSE Studios may capture behind-the-scenes photos and videos throughout the production day for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.
Clients requesting complete privacy must notify the studio in writing before the scheduled Content Day™.
Additional Production Time
Content Day™ packages include the amount of production time outlined within the selected package.
Additional production time requested on the day of the session is subject to availability and billed at the current hourly production rate.
Final Note
Content Day™ is more than a photoshoot—it's a strategic production experience designed to create cohesive, high-impact content that supports your brand long after the cameras stop rolling.
