PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
Photography Services
At RÊVEUSE Studios, every session is thoughtfully planned to create high-quality imagery that reflects your brand, personality, and vision. Please review the following policies prior to your scheduled session.
Session Preparation
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and fully prepared for their scheduled session.
This includes:
- Hair and makeup completed (unless otherwise arranged)
- Approved wardrobe
- Props
- Products
- Accessories
- Inspiration (if requested)
Late arrivals may reduce your shooting time.
Creative Direction
Creative direction is included with select photography packages and all Content Day™ experiences.
Final styling, posing, composition, lighting, and overall artistic direction remain at the discretion of RÊVEUSE Studios to ensure a cohesive final product.
Image Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered through an online gallery.
Gallery links remain active for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Clients are encouraged to download and back up their images immediately.
RÊVEUSE Studios is not responsible for lost files after the gallery expiration date.
Editing
Every delivered image is professionally edited in the signature RÊVEUSE Studios style.
Editing includes standard adjustments such as:
- Color correction
- Exposure
- Skin retouching (where appropriate)
- Minor distractions
- Overall image enhancement
Additional Editing
Extensive retouching requests including body modifications, object removal, background replacement, or advanced manipulation may require an additional editing fee.
RAW Images
RAW, unedited, or original camera files are never released.
These files remain the property of RÊVEUSE Studios.
Outfit Changes
The number of outfit changes included depends on your selected package.
Additional outfit changes may require additional shooting time and fees.
Studio & Location
Clients are responsible for any required studio rental fees, location permits, parking fees, or admission costs unless otherwise included within their selected package.
Model Releases
RÊVEUSE Studios reserves the right to use photographs for portfolio, website, social media, competitions, marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes unless a written confidentiality agreement has been signed before the session.
Client Usage
Clients receive personal and/or commercial usage rights based on the package purchased.
Images may not be altered, filtered, or edited in a manner that misrepresents the quality or artistic style of RÊVEUSE Studios.
Photographer Substitution
In the unlikely event of illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, RÊVEUSE Studios reserves the right to substitute another qualified photographer or reschedule the session.
Equipment Failure
While every precaution is taken to protect your images, RÊVEUSE Studios maintains professional backup equipment and workflows.
Should an unforeseen equipment failure or circumstance prevent delivery of the final gallery, liability shall be limited to a refund of amounts paid for photography services.
Image Selection
Unless otherwise specified, RÊVEUSE Studios selects the strongest images for final editing based on quality, composition, focus, and overall presentation.
Unedited proofs or rejected images are not included.
