REVISION POLICY
Our Revision Process
At RÊVEUSE Studios, every project is intentionally designed to reflect your brand while maintaining the highest creative standards. To ensure an efficient and organized design process, all projects include a specified number of revisions based on the selected service or package.
What Is a Revision?
A revision is a modification made to an existing design based on client feedback.
Examples include:
- Text updates
- Color adjustments
- Font changes
- Image replacements
- Layout refinements
- Minor design modifications
Revisions do not include complete redesigns, new creative concepts, or changes that significantly alter the original project direction.
Revision Rounds
The number of revisions included varies by service and package.
Once the included revisions have been used, additional revisions may be completed for an additional fee.
Additional Revisions
Additional revisions are billed at:
$20 per revision
Revision fees must be paid before additional work begins.
Design Direction Changes
If a client chooses to change the creative direction after design work has begun (including requesting an entirely different concept, theme, style, or layout), the request may be considered a new project and quoted accordingly.
Examples include:
- Requesting a completely different logo concept after approval of the original direction.
- Changing the overall website style after development has begun.
- Rebranding the project after initial concepts have been presented.
These requests are not considered standard revisions.
Revision Requests
To maintain an efficient workflow, clients are encouraged to submit all revision requests in one organized email or message whenever possible.
Submitting revisions individually over multiple days may extend project timelines.
Project Approval
Once a client approves a design, website, branding package, or final deliverable, the project is considered complete.
Any additional changes requested after final approval may require a new project or maintenance fee.
Response Time
To help us keep projects on schedule, we ask clients to respond to proofs and revision requests within 5 business days.
If we do not receive a response within 30 calendar days, the project may be considered inactive and subject to closure.
Reactivating an inactive project may require an administrative restart fee.
