POLICY

Every Brand Refresh begins with a required $50 Brand Consultation. During your consultation, we'll review your existing branding, discuss your business goals, identify areas for improvement, and develop a strategy for refreshing your brand. If your Brand Refresh is booked within 7 business days, your consultation fee will be applied toward your initial retainer. If your project is not booked within seven business days, the consultation credit expires and a new consultation fee will be required before booking.

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your project. Once your consultation credit has been applied, the remaining retainer balance must be paid via Zelle or Invoice before your project is officially scheduled.

Clients are responsible for providing their existing logo files, current branding materials, brand colors, fonts (if available), inspiration, and any additional information requested before the design process begins. If original vector files are unavailable, additional artwork recreation fees may apply.

A Brand Refresh is intended to enhance and modernize your existing brand, not create a completely new brand identity. Requests for entirely new logo concepts, business names, or branding directions outside the agreed project scope may require an upgraded Branding Package or additional investment.

This package includes two (2) rounds of revisions. Revisions are intended for minor refinements such as color adjustments, typography updates, layout modifications, and brand element enhancements. Requests for significant design changes or a completely different creative direction after the initial concepts have been presented may require an additional fee.

Upon final approval and receipt of full payment, clients will receive their updated brand assets in professional file formats suitable for both print and digital use. Final deliverables may include a full-color logo, black logo, white logo, transparent PNG, and any refreshed brand elements included within the selected package. Editable source files are not included unless specifically purchased or outlined in your agreement.

Ownership of the approved Brand Refresh transfers to the client once the project has been paid in full. All unused concepts, drafts, and preliminary designs remain the intellectual property of RÊVEUSE Studios.
