POLICY

Every Luxe Acuity Revamp begins with a review of your current booking process to ensure your scheduling system reflects your brand and provides a seamless client experience. Projects under $300 require payment in full before work begins.

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary account access, branding assets, logos, service descriptions, pricing, policies, appointment durations, intake questions, confirmation messages, and any additional information required to complete the setup. Delays in receiving requested information may extend the estimated turnaround time.

This package includes up to 10 service listings. Additional services, advanced automations, custom workflows, memberships, packages, gift certificates, or integrations requested outside the original scope may require an additional fee.

Each Luxe Acuity Revamp includes two (2) rounds of revisions for minor adjustments, including wording updates, service organization, color changes, or booking preferences. Requests for additional services, major restructuring, or new features after the initial setup has been completed may require a revised proposal.

Upon final approval, clients will receive a fully customized booking system ready for use. RÊVEUSE Studios is not responsible for changes made to the booking platform after project completion by the client or third-party users.
