POLICY

Every Hair Tag Design begins once all required content, branding assets, images, and payment have been received. Clients are responsible for providing all logos, brand colors, product information, contact details, social media handles, QR codes (if applicable), and any additional information prior to the design process. Delays in submitting requested materials may extend the estimated turnaround time.

Each Hair Tag Design includes two rounds of revisions to refine the approved design. Revisions are intended for minor adjustments such as text updates, color changes, font selections, image replacements, or layout refinements. Requests for a completely new concept or significant changes to the original design direction after the initial proof has been presented may require an additional fee or be quoted as a new project.

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all spelling, pricing, contact information, website links, QR codes, and other details before providing final approval. RÊVEUSE Studios is not responsible for errors that have been approved by the client.

Upon final approval and receipt of full payment, clients will receive a professionally prepared, print-ready Hair Tag Design suitable for commercial printing. Editable source files are not included unless purchased separately or outlined in your project agreement.

If printing services are not purchased through RÊVEUSE Studios, the client is responsible for selecting their preferred print provider. RÊVEUSE Studios is not responsible for color variations, paper selections, printing defects, production delays, or shipping issues caused by third-party printing companies.
